Kara Piehl Photography: 2007

After many years of prodding from family and friends, prayers and guidance, I decided to start my very own photography business. Little did I know how much it would take off over the next several months. I have had SO much fun taking pictures of babies, toddlers, big kids, families and even a wedding. What a ministry that God has asked me to lead. I have enjoyed every photo shoot and have great stories from each one.

I thank all of you who have supported me and for spreading the word. I am working on getting pictures finished in a more timely manner in the new year. Thank you for the patience and the love.

NOW onto the fun stuff. I have taken probably a million photographs this year. I'm not kidding. Of course at the wedding I took 3,000 so yeah I take a lot of pictures. I do have some favorites but I want you to help me choose the best photograph of 2007 (of course I didn't enter pictures of those who are related to me).

What's the prize?
The clients pictured in the winning photograph, will win a complimentary photo session and an 8x10 and (2) 5x7's from that session. So start voting, send your friends and family the link. However, please only cast one vote per house.

Contest runs from December 27th through 11:59 p.m. on January 1st. Winners will be announced on January 2nd, 2008.

IN RESULT OF A TIE, the tie breaker will take place all day of January 2nd and winner will be announced on January 3rd.
